Use annotation on Android guest device
Are there plans to add the ability to annotate on Android guest devices?
Android guest mic does not transmit audio
<Current situation>
PC host is conducting a support session with an Android guest device.
The host mic audio is received by the Android device.
But the guest mic audio is not received by the PC host.
So the host can talk to the guest, but the guest can't talk to the host.
<Request>
Allow Android guest mic audio to be transmitted, so the host and guest can talk to each other during support session.
Port Tunneling
It would be great if it was possible to do port tunneling like SSH does.
Screen Connect Clients installed and duplicated on console
We have over 3000 devices at college, each 6 months when we reimage devices, as part of TS Screen Connect client is added, this causes duplicates in the console, for instance, if you are looking for machine called A100, you will have 10 duplicates.
change default session settings based on group
I'd like to be able to change the host client settings based on which group or client they are assigned to i.e. for a certain group we blank the guest monitor , others we don't but we block their input etc.
Automatically purge stale computers from console
Please add some functionality that allows the automated purging of systems out of the CW console based on customizable criteria such as GuestInfoUpdateTime. Imagine a scenario where a company has 10,000 computer and all 10,000 computer were replaced. Your CW console would then have 20,000 machines unless someone manually deletes the original 10k computers, rather than them auto purging after a certain time period or criteria is met.
Customize message
we have integrated the connect wise with freshdesk and there is a button that automatically sends an email with a link. I want to personalize that message
Connect to multiple different users on the same terminal server
We've frequently ran into the need to be able to have different technicians connect to different "guest" sessions on the same terminal server at the same time. Currently we fight over whose already in a machine.
email audit log using trigger
Would it be possible to setup a trigger to email someone the audit log (daily/weekly/etc)
