I've just been asked to look into this. If we can't get the Audio to work with the recordings then we'll have to order GoToMeeting accounts as we want to start recording customer training sessions. I really don't want to go down that path as we managed to get rid of most of the GoToMeeting accounts after we implemented ScreenConnect. So far it has worked flawlessly and covered all of our support/dial in needs perfectly Can someone please let me know how far away this feature is so that we can make a decision on how to proceed?
Does the status change to 'Considering for Furure Release' mean that it has made progress or does that mean it's been put on the back-burner? It definitely seems like there is a lot of demand for this feature looking at the various forum threads.
Happy to do some Beta testing if that helps us get it sooner. :)

Bump. Any update on this. Just been asked to order a license for SnagIt (I assume for recording training sessions). Would much prefer if we can have this all built into the same tool that we use daily for connecting to customer's machines. Please let us know if/when it will be available.
